To keep your Squell piece looking its best, follow these care instructions based on the material type:
Cotton (e.g., 100% cotton tees, hoodies, sweatpants)
Machine wash cold with like colors.
Use mild detergent—avoid bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest life.
Iron on low heat if needed (avoid printed or embroidered areas).
Cotton/Polyester Blends (e.g., midweight hoodies, joggers)
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.
Turn inside out to protect prints or embroidery.
Tumble dry low or line dry.
Low iron if needed, avoiding designs.
Heavyweight Fleece or Brushed Fabrics
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.
Avoid fabric softeners—they can affect softness and wicking properties.
Lay flat or hang to dry to maintain shape.
Denim or Work Jacket Materials
Spot clean when possible to preserve color and texture.
When washing, turn inside out and machine wash cold.
Hang dry—avoid the dryer to prevent shrinkage.
Do not bleach.
Delicates / Specialty Fabrics (e.g., Satin, Silk, Technical Nylon)
Hand wash cold or use a mesh bag on a delicate cycle.

Order Types
Pre-Made Items – Products labeled as In Stock ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Pre-Order Items – Products labeled as Pre-Order are made specifically for you. Production begins after the drop closes, so please allow 3–6 weeks for manufacturing and fulfillment.
Shipping Times
We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Domestic U.S. shipping typically arrives 2–7 business days after fulfillment.
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Squell produces many items to order, we cannot accept returns for pre-order products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bysquell.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
Size Exchanges (Pre-Made Items Only): We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed pre-made items within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error.
Final Sale Items: Clearance or heavily discounted pieces are non-returnable.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to update it, email support@bysquell.com within 24 hours of ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Squell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and email us—we’ll do our best to help.
